Katherine is the Office Manager, and paralegal for the firm. She brings over 17 years of Intellectual Property experience to the firm, and has an extensive and comprehensive understanding of patent prosecution. Her duties include client and portfolio management, and oversight of patent prosecution workflow, including communications, creating IP prosecution status reports, and managing budgets and forecasting.

Katherine provides training and supervision of IP Paralegals, and works to promote development of the team as related to general aspects of patent procedures and establishment of best practices.

Katherine monitors USPTO rule changes, and maintains a strong knowledge of USPTO, PCT and WIPO rules, regulation and systems. She manages patent annuities and maintenance fees, and conducts legal research for the firm. Katherine works closely with IT personnel to maintain websites, and institute strategic, technological, and operational solutions to improve firm operations.
