Dana brings over 13 years of patent prosecution to the firm, and provides paralegal support to the partners, attorneys, and patent agents.  Dana has substantial US patent prosecution knowledge, and her duties include preparation, filing, and prosecution of US patent applications, preparation of IDS, Declaration, and Assignment documents, and coordination of foreign patent application filing.  She oversees the accurate entry of all docket information into the patent administration system, closely monitors attorney docket reports, maintains comprehensive records, and compiles detailed information about upcoming actions.  Dana also creates and maintains client files, prepares correspondence, and provides post-allowance review of patents to ensure accuracy. Dana has the ability to work within aggressive deadlines, handle multiple complex paralegal matters and see projects through to conclusion.
