Yousouf Farooq

Yousouf is a patent engineer with the firm. He holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Yousouf supports attorneys and patent engineers throughout the patent preparation and prosecution process, with a focus on technologies involving artificial intelligence and biomedical applications. His responsibilities include assisting with patent drafting, claim development, technical analysis, office action preparation, and related documentation.

Prior to joining Mughal Gaudry & Franklin, Yousouf gained hands-on experience in medical device design, machine learning, and technical writing through academic research and applied engineering projects.
